Introduce Motrain to my users

Consider introducing your rewards program through your existing channels like social media and email.  As a more permanent reference, you should include details about Motrain in the Information tabs found in the block or on your store page.  Consider sharing:

1. How to access your store.
2. How and why virtual currency is earned.  Earning coins is feedback, so be clear on how students can grow their earnings.
3. How much they’ll earn for certain actions (share your economy settings).  Ensure students see a connection between the number of coins they'll earn for certain actions/completions.
4. Any relevant information about their redemptions (ex: contact info in case of a problem)

Here’s an example or template you can use:

Hey {first name},

I’m excited to announce we’ve introduced a rewards program to our learning community!  We wanted to spice-up your course-work and show you how much we appreciate you learning with us.

You will now start earning {virtual currency - coins, tokens, points etc.} when you complete lessons and courses.  The more you learn, the more you earn!  Visit our store to spend your {virtual currency} on items of your choice, or go wild in one of our auctions or raffle draws!

You can earn even more currency for {list your reasons}:

• Successful friend referrals

• Posting positive reviews on social media

• Being helpful in our learning community.  

At this time, {coins} are collecting on your dashboard for your completions.  Just click on the “Visit the store” button to go shopping!
