Raffle winners are automatically selected once per day when the event expires or can be manually drawn on the dashboard. The highest bidder will win the Auction when it expires. Items that have been won are placed in the user's Pending Redemptions menu and they will be notified via notifications and/or email.
The item that is won will be waiting for the user in their Pending Redemptions on the Store. The user will need to redeem the item.
