Refer A Friend Coins - Thinkific

Referral Coins: the number of coins a student earns for a successful friend referral.  The referring student receives coins when their friend enrolls in the course or a bundle.  Use this feature as a referral-marketing strategy.

NOTE:  

1. You must install the Refer this course theme setting on a course page (on your Site Builder).  Install the theme on any course you want to have referred.

2. You must install the Refer this bundle theme setting on a bundle page (on your Site Builder).  This only works on PAID bundles, not free ones.

You can choose which courses and/or which bundles can be referred for coins.

Details:

• The number of coins to be earned is recorded when the referral is sent.  Changing the rule subsequently will not have any impact on already sent referrals. 
• The person earning the coins is the person whose referral link was clicked last.  Person A can refer themselves, but enrolling won't award them any coins. No cheating!
• You can refer a course to a friend that you're not enrolled in
