An active user is any user that appears on the Motrain dashboard. They are active when they earn/spend coins, participate in a raffle or auction, have items for redemption, or are waiting for an item to be redeemed.
You can remove inactive users by using our Purge Inactive Users tool (a minimum of every 3 months)
