Store images not displaying properly

Problem:  The store image item is not displaying properly in the dashboard or the store:

Solution:  We recommend using .PNG files that are 500x500 to avoid cropping.  Then make sure you remove any special characters from the filename.  In the example above, the % character is causing the problem.
